Perkūnas: What Is It Really?

I have met so many different people in my life and often wonder if working with energy – sometimes called Perkūnas – could be related to their ways of thinking. Delving into energy work, let us start from the very origin of these thoughts.

Per-kūnas” is a word, like any other, trying to convey a certain meaning. Literally, it means "through the body," which could be equated with "soul" or "spirit," but perhaps it has a deeper meaning. It is almost impossible to fully explain, but speaking as one physical body to another (and not as Perkūnas himself) I might get closer to the essence.

There is you as a body – a biological machine with a brain capable of seeing, deciding, and reacting. The body is sacred and an incredibly advanced creation, whose internal processes surpass the current technology known to us. The soul cannot inhabit today's robots because it operates on a completely different principle. However, the body can be easily affected by substances like alcohol or other drugs, which cloud or weaken its consciousness.

Then there is you as Perkūnas – your soul or spirit, the "observer observing the observer." Your body is merely your image, your reflection of light.

We, as a whole, resemble an idea – like the universe itself. We are the ones who created reality. We are all parts of the same whole, yet different in some way. Our "pilots" – our souls – are unique. We are eternal and participate in an endless process of creation. Our ideas ultimately shape reality. Our bodies are also creations – like vehicles or homes that help us experience and interact with the world.

Beyond the physical: Perkūnas

Perkūnas, the spiritual aspect, cannot be affected by physical means. While the body perceives only what it can see, hear, and feel in the material world, Perkūnas sees beyond. It is like diving into crystal-clear water: everything suddenly becomes clear. Being in that state, I can see other people's Perkūnas and communicate directly with their spirit.

Still, each of us has experienced this a little – for example, when we turn around feeling that someone is looking at us, or we receive a call just at the moment we were thinking about a specific person: "Hey, I was just thinking about you!" It is the same phenomenon, only much deeper and stronger: here information spreads without words or other tangible means. There time is felt differently, and being in such a state, the body sinks into a kind of dreamlike alertness.

When direct contact with the soul is blocked, it still tries to send us signals with eternal love and care. This can manifest as external signs (e.g., seeing the number 3:33 on the clock), dreams that convey very direct messages, or the intuitive voice of the heart. Some people use pendulums, sensory deprivation tanks, symbols, numbers, or other methods to better understand the world. Especially crystals are among the most effective tools we have to restructure the body and influence energy to become purer and calmer. They are some of the few true instruments that help us remember who we are and teach us in a way that really works.

All these methods are simply attempts to hear the soul's call, as it constantly seeks ways to reach us and guide us.

To truly recover and restore connection with the soul, it may be necessary to withdraw from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse oneself in nature for a longer time, for example, four or five years. This time away from people allows deep healing and recovery. Regular meditation during this period gives the body and mind space to think clearly and restore connection without external disturbances. Relying on solitude in nature and devoted conscious practice, the soul can effectively reorient and reveal its true essence.

Some time ago, we were all united and knew everything – until obsession and the so-called "blocked ones" or "robo-people" appeared. They worshipped superficial things, recognizing only the physical body and ignoring everything else. They began doing incomprehensible things to each other, eventually enslaving the world and trapping humanity in an endless cycle of karma.

Society, control, and forgotten identity

The problem is that a person (the physical "I") has daily responsibilities. Society seeks control and forces us to work – otherwise, we risk losing the necessities of life. Meanwhile, our true "I" would rather be in peace and think. Over time, we forget who we really are.

In history, there were souls seeking to free people from this illusion and encourage restoring connection with the true self. Unfortunately, they were often misunderstood or attacked, and their teachings distorted for short-term, selfish gain. This became a warning to others to avoid the same path. Thus, those in power distorted their words to maintain their authority.

When people use narcotic substances – alcohol, nicotine, or caffeine – the body is chemically affected, so they lose connection with their true "I" even more. A healthy body better receives and deciphers signals from the spirit, while an unhealthy one becomes like a machine without a pilot, operating on autopilot, detached from its spiritual guide.

Are we all gods?

So, does one God exist, or are we all gods?
We are all gods. We are the universe, each of us an equal participant in it. None is essentially better or worse – just different. Each of us carries a part of divinity within. Why then do religious or social teachings often say otherwise? It may be due to external control. Or perhaps it is a half-truth that over time was misinterpreted.

One way to look at it is that you are the god of your existence, your personal path is the most important in this individual dance with others. Ultimately, you should merge with the divinity within yourself, not worship something external. But the truth may indeed be one, just very complex. Like a person living only in a hot climate zone finds it hard to believe that water can be as hard as ice – for them, it is always liquid and gentle. Even if the truth is one, it does not mean it is simple.

In a world trying to separate body from soul, one who can reunite them may want to protect their discovery by saying: "Listen only to me," so that no one distorts it. Indeed, many distort the truth for selfish purposes, but such gain is short-lived. Our physical bodies will someday die, and with them, any illusory profits will vanish.

Living fully, guided by the heart

However, live as long as possible and stay as healthy as possible. Death is not an escape and will not help you. Be good, let your heart guide you as long as possible. The path led by the heart is the only truly worthy choice, providing lasting satisfaction. If you walk it, you will never want to go back.

Be in this moment, because it is all we truly have and are – this moment. So in this moment, radiate as much warmth as possible, cleanse the world with your pure actions. Unblock yourself and others, take care of yourself and each other until all gaps through which harmful obsessions can act disappear.

Listen to only one god – that quiet and gentle, subtle voice you have in your heart; the very one everyone tries to drown out.

Perhaps there is one Source, and we are its rays. Some of us feel this and share it with others. My own soul feels like a healer: I can help others at least partially restore this connection so they experience it themselves, not just listen to what I say. I don't even like to talk much: when you establish a direct connection with yourself, words become cumbersome, lose their power.

Perhaps in time I will be able to fully help another person return to their true "I".
Maybe I could even do it remotely or en masse – like a warm, enveloping rain washing away our pain and illusions. If this succeeds, perhaps the cycle of imprisonment in the body will finally be completed, and we will awaken wanting to understand who we really are. Before my time ends.
