Lucid dreaming: Cracks between realities and reality check

Imagine living your usual life, walking a familiar path with friends. The sun is shining, the air is filled with sounds of laughter, and you are traveling toward your goal, enjoying the moments and the scenery. Everything feels alive and tangible, as if it were the most real thing you have ever experienced.

But then, in an instant, everything changes. Suddenly you realize that all of it – the road, friends, laughter – is just an illusion. You wake up, amazed to realize that it was all just a dream, but it felt so real. The question remains in your mind: am I truly awake now, or am I still in another level of illusion?

How can you be sure? You realize that you usually recognize a dream only when you wake up from it. But what if you could become aware while dreaming? This awareness, known as lucid dreaming, is the beginning of the journey. In this state, you have the power to distinguish reality from illusion while the dream is still happening around you.

To unlock this ability, you must learn to recognize subtle signs that you might be dreaming. These signs, called reality checks, can help you distinguish your waking life from the dream world. Simple actions like trying to read text, looking at a clock twice to see if the time changes, or pinching your nose and trying to breathe through it can reveal inconsistencies in the dream state. If the text changes, time is distorted, or you can breathe despite pinching your nose, you are most likely dreaming.

But these reality checks go beyond the dream world; they encourage deeper philosophical reflections. Can we ever truly "wake up" from what we perceive as our normal life? What even is a normal life? Perhaps our daily existence is another form of dream, a more complex illusion from which we can awaken?

Perhaps you are now experiencing a false awakening, a moment when you think you have woken up but are still trapped in a dream. This thought challenges the limits of your perception and raises the question: what lies beyond the veils of our consciousness?

In the realm of lucid dreaming, you explore these profound questions. You learn to consciously travel through dream landscapes, uncovering the secrets of your subconscious. You become the architect of your dream reality, with the ability to awaken to new levels of awareness. The journey through the dream world, guided by the practice of reality checks, becomes a path of self-discovery and deeper understanding of the nature of reality.

Secrets of Dreams: From Illusions to Reality

Dreams can be vast and diverse, encompassing many experiences that often blur the line between reality and illusion. Among these types are dreams that seem created here and now, like real-time video games. These dreams, when created, sometimes have imperfections—gaps in their fabric that reveal their illusory nature. Recognizing and restoring these imperfections can be the key to understanding the dream landscape.

Variety of Dreams and Their Characteristics

There is a rich fabric of dream types, each unique in its essence. Some dreams are vivid and engaging, while others resemble short-lived illusions more than real experiences. These differences in dreams indicate the complexity and depth of the subconscious or something much more.

Sandbox Dreams: Whirling Journeys of Stories

We want to emphasize that there are various types of dreams. First, we will focus on what we call "sandbox dreams," which are also not REM sleep dreams. These dreams always have an engaging plot, characters who are responsive and involved, and the exploration is endlessly enjoyable. However, these dreams often capture our attention so much that we lose consciousness and forget everything in general, falling asleep within the dream.

Categories of Dreams and Their Uniqueness

There are also other types of dreams that can hardly be called dreams; they differ greatly from the "sandbox" types and come in many varieties. Therefore, we will define these dreams as much as we can grasp them and call the crossroads between them a gateway or a crossroads place where we can be, acknowledging the many paths leading to these various dream worlds.

Human History and the Transmission of Dreams Across Generations

But how do we understand these dream phenomena? This knowledge has been accumulated over many human lifetimes and generations of dedication. Imagine a person in ancient times encountering a strange, perplexing dream. Intrigued, they would share their experience with a younger person. As the younger person grows, they too would encounter similar strange dreams and pass on their insights to the next generation. Over time, this cycle of sharing and learning creates a collective understanding of dreams.

Reality Checks in Dreams

Think about the knowledge an average adult has today. How many of them are familiar with the concept of reality checks in dreams? Probably very few. This emphasizes the importance of knowledge accumulation. Every detail, every small breakthrough in understanding dreams often requires a lifetime of dedication. It is through this endless pursuit of understanding that we begin to perceive the nuances of the dream world.

Mirror Anomalies in Dreams: Myths and Reality

For example, an interesting anomaly arises from the belief that it is bad to sleep with a mirror above the bed or directly opposite the bed, at the foot side. Do you know why this belief exists? Many people know about this belief, but has anyone thoroughly researched the origin and consequences of this belief? Or maybe it is not bad, but actually good? Perhaps we can use this anomaly? Or maybe people accidentally discovered a crack in the reality we call reality?

The Rarity of Dream Knowledge and Its Value

In upcoming articles, we will not only find out what is really happening but also how to use this knowledge to your advantage. To understand the rarity and importance of dream knowledge, imagine this. Becoming a doctor, scientist, microbiologist, or anything else is relatively easy. The list is long. You fall to the ground and find a book about math or biology. External world knowledge is well developed, many people know it, and you just spend the next ten years studying until you finally understand. You have something to learn from.

Dream World Research: Personal and Collective Experience

But where are the dreams? They are the most important of all. You don't always use math or microbiology to achieve something, but dreams are always with you and you can use them every moment of your life. However, this most important knowledge is hidden, no one knows anything about it. It's crazy. And no one can study it because we are shackled by our work and cannot spend another twenty years trying to learn something about it in practice – we need to eat and live somewhere. Yet no one pays for that and it is critically difficult.

The Power of Dreams and Their Practical Application

Energy healings and restorations, which are simply a part of me, and the vision of the true person hidden behind their own body are simple compared to what we can achieve using dreams. They are right here, yet at the same time behind practically impossible barriers that only a few people worldwide manage to cross every few hundred or thousand years.

Future Perspectives in Dream Exploration

That should be self-evident knowledge and skills. Should I continue to freely share what others find impossible to know, find, or understand? Where are those crossed barriers that seem insurmountable to others, who simply don't even know about their existence, and how to show the way? I don't know. For now, I choose to share.
I had already been on the other side, everything would have gone away and disappeared along with everything else. The fact that I will share and distribute my greatest treasures accumulated throughout my life will only make it more interesting.

Therefore, we must respect and value the knowledge accumulated over generations and lifetimes. It is thanks to this collective wisdom that we can explore the mysterious world of dreams, uncovering the secrets hidden in the depths of our subconscious. Every discovery, no matter how small, contributes to a broader understanding of the dream landscape, emphasizing the complex dance between reality and illusion that defines our nightly journeys.

Dreams and Video Game Graphics: How “Sandbox” Dreams Are Created in Real-Time Mode

Dreams are one of the most intriguing and mysterious phenomena we encounter every night. One of the most interesting categories of dreams is the so-called “sandbox” dreams, which by their nature are very similar to real-time video game graphics generation. These dreams often feature vivid images, dynamic plots, and interactive characters that respond to our actions and decisions. But how are these dreams created and what are their mechanisms? Let's try to figure out this intriguing question.

Dream Generation: Real-Time Simulations

In video games, graphics are generated in real time using complex algorithms and powerful computers. Similarly, our brains can create complex and immersive dream worlds instantly. This process involves several important aspects:

  1. Sensory Information and Memory: Our brains constantly process a huge amount of sensory information and store it in memory. In dreams, this information is used as the main material from which dream images and situations are created. Similar to pre-made graphic elements used in video games, our brains use memories and sensory data to create the dream environment.
  2. Neural Network Activity: When we dream, our brains actively work to create coherent and logical sequences of dreams. This is similar to how a computer processor handles graphics data in real time. Neural network activity determines which images, sounds, and sensations appear in dreams.
  3. Altered States of Consciousness: During sleep, our level of consciousness changes, allowing the brain to experiment more freely with ideas and images. This enables dreaming of situations and environments that would be impossible or hard to imagine in real life. This alteration of consciousness is similar to the mode of a video game's graphics engine when it can create fantastic and unusual environments.

"Sandbox" Dreams: Oases of Creativity and Freedom

"Sandbox" dreams are special because the dreamer can freely explore and interact with the environment. These dreams are characterized by the following features:

  • Dynamic Plot: In "sandbox" dreams, the plot can constantly change depending on the dreamer's actions and decisions. This gives the feeling that the dream is "alive" and reacts to our actions.
  • Interactive Characters: In dreams, we often encounter characters who behave like real people, responding to our questions or actions. This resembles video game NPCs (non-player characters), designed to give the player the feeling of interacting with living beings.
  • Unexpected Situations: Like in video games, dreams can present unexpected situations or obstacles that force us to creatively solve problems. This enriches the dream experience and makes it more interesting and engaging.

Unusual Dream Elements: Illusions and Imperfections

Just as video games sometimes have graphical errors or "glitches," dreams can also have imperfections. These imperfections can be tears in the fabric of the dream, revealing their illusory nature. Recognizing and restoring these imperfections may be the key to understanding the dream landscape. Such elements can manifest as:

  • Extraordinary Geometry: Sometimes in dreams we can see objects or environments that defy the laws of physics. This can be similar to video game glitches where objects "overlap" or lose their shape.
  • Lack of Logic: Dreams may lack logic or cause-and-effect relationships. For example, doors may lead to different places or characters may behave completely unpredictably.
  • Recurring Anomalies: Some dream anomalies can repeat and become familiar. This can be similar to certain video game glitches that occur in specific situations.

"Sandbox" dreams are a wonderful example of how our brains can create complex and dynamic worlds in real time, similar to video game graphics engines. These dreams allow us to explore oases of creativity and freedom, where we can encounter unusual situations and imperfections that reveal the illusory nature of dreams. Although the dream world still holds many mysteries, exploring it can help us better understand our subconscious and its capabilities.

Secrets of Dreams: What Dreaming Really Means

The world of dreams is much more complex than we can imagine. Everything I write is just a tiny fragment of what truly happens in our consciousness and subconscious. I use the term "lucid dreaming" only to describe the general direction, but it is just a small part of the entire human energy field – the most complex thing that, in my opinion, a person can perform and study.

Lucid Dreaming: A Small Glimpse into a Huge World

Lucid dreaming is a phenomenon where the dreamer realizes they are dreaming and can control the course of the dream. It is like looking through a crack in the door into a huge room. This phenomenon is just a tiny detail compared to the entire field of human energy, which is so complex that only a few people in human history have touched it, and no one has fully explored it. Even today, when we have real spacecraft traveling to other planets and exploring space, the world of dreams remains an unexplored realm.

Snowball of Dreams: The Inaccessible Vastness of Human Consciousness

What I write about dreams and their "categories" is like a snowflake on a huge mountain, which is an even bigger iceberg. Exploring lucid dreams and trying to categorize the dream world is like trying to describe the universe. It is like the situation if you could see with your finger—you feel like you are gliding over a silky surface where there is an almost unlimited amount of tiny, glowing strands of energy, and by touching one of them, you can see the whole world.

The "sandbox" dream world I spoke about makes up only 2% of that tiny strand of energy that people usually never experience or experience only once in a lifetime as a pleasant dream memory.

Boundless Mysteries of Dreams

Exploring the world of dreams is an incredibly complex and profound process. Every small discovery, every little piece of insight opens doors to an even bigger and more complex world. It requires not only knowledge and effort but also extraordinary courage and curiosity. Although modern technologies allow us to explore space and plan the colonization of other planets, the world of dreams and the inner world remain a mysterious and unexplored realm waiting for its discoverers.

Dreams are like a secret key to our own depths, where infinite possibilities and unexplored territories lie. It is a world where we can encounter our deepest desires, fears, and dreams, and every new step into this world reveals even more mysteries and wonders.

Dream Categories: Beginnings and Complexity

The world of dreams is incredibly complex and multifaceted. When trying to categorize this world, it is important to understand that it is only a small fragment of a vast, incomprehensible universe. Therefore, although we will try to divide dreams into certain categories, it should be remembered that this is only a superficial beginning, and only later, with deeper exploration, will these categories become more meaningful and understandable.

REM Dreams: Mechanical Memory Consolidation

REM dreams are one of the most well-known categories of dreams. They are a mechanical part of our brain responsible for memory consolidation. We can see them as strange movies where images and events are often unrelated to each other. These dreams help our brains process and store the information we have gathered during the day.

"Sandbox" or Lucid, Conscious Dreams: Learning and Exploration

"Sandbox" dreams are especially important for learning and self-improvement. In these dreams, we can learn various things: dreaming while walking, flying, studying, experiencing, playing, and exploring. These are interactive dreams where we can freely experiment and expand our perception.

Communicative Dreams: Subtle Interactions

Another category of dreams is communicative dreams. They are somewhat different from ordinary dreams because they involve interaction resembling communication. Describing these dreams is very complex, so we will leave them as a hint for further exploration.

External Influence Dreams: Foreign Forces

Some dreams seem to come not from ourselves but from somewhere else. Although they try to appear as ordinary dreams, their impact and influence are felt. These dreams can have a significant effect on our life and actions.

Real Dreams: Intersections with Reality

There are dreams that occur in real life when our consciousness is awake, but we constantly maintain a connection with the dream world. These are like dreams overlapping with reality, providing a unique and continuous dream-like experience.

Real Journeys: Other Places and Worlds

Some dreams no longer resemble ordinary dreams as we know them. They are real journeys to different places where we interact with already existing worlds. In these dreams, reality checks no longer work because we are actually traveling to other worlds.

False Awakenings: Trapped in Dreams

False awakenings are dreams where it seems we wake up, but we are still dreaming. This can be a very confusing experience because it is hard to tell if we are truly awake or still dreaming, which is very important, but we will leave that for another time.

Guided Dreams: Deep Assistance

There are dreams where we are guided by other forces or beings. Describing these dreams is too complex for a brief discussion, but they hold great significance for our dream experience and life.

Streams of Visions: Exceptionally Complex

Some dreams are streams of visions that are too complex to describe briefly. These dreams are like flows of images and events that require a lot of time and effort to perceive and understand.

Deceptive Dreams: Misleading Experiences

Sometimes in dreams, we may encounter situations controlled by others using our dream world. These can be deceptive experiences where it seems we are interacting with familiar people, but in reality, it may be other entities trying to influence us. This happened to me once when an entity appeared as a respected and beloved person, but I had already learned to speak and see through energy, not words or colors.

Thinking now, I find it harder and harder to communicate verbally. To convey something, you have to write entire books, and with general sentences, you still can't say anything. I think I would like to start being silent and stop talking. Somehow I feel that then I could say much more.

Direct Communication with Oneself: Soul Dialogue

In the dream world, direct communication with oneself can also occur. When awake, you might hear other people's thoughts but not your own; in dreams, your spirit can use the dream world for direct communication with yourself. You will recognize this communication by the feeling – it is a special, healing, and personal experience, which we might talk more about later.

Honorable Mentions: Neon World and Other Worlds

There are dreams known only to experienced dreamers, such as the "neon world" or emissaries from other worlds. These range from infinitely gentle to incredibly frightening experiences that can make us curl up in fear and keep us awake for months, yet they also await their turn to be discovered and understood.

Into the Unknown: Open Minds and Explorations

I chose to believe that no matter how much I learn, experience, or discover about future possibilities, I choose to think that I know nothing about anything. This gives me space to explore and learn. I believe that everything I have written, known, or discovered about future possibilities is only 0.01%, and the remaining more than 99.9% is still waiting to be revealed. Maybe I am simply being prepared to see what reality truly is. Maybe we are all just in a "Matrioshka Brain" megastructure, reality is completely K̷̡̧̜̣̬̳͙̒ì̷̧̯̤̠̞͙̙̟͍͔̽t̸̡̯̻̲̫̦̻̮̟̙̫͍͈̱̘̠̫̝̪̻̰͍̙͎͊̀̄͌͋̉̍̓̅̏͋̏̋̉̓ó̶͔̥̤̫̮̜͇̙͕̻̬̮̙̫̜̜̞̮͔̞̅̀͑̊̓̓̅̇̎̌̋́̕͝͝ḱ̶͍̬͓̣͓̪̣͔̣͛͐̿̐̅̉͗̎͜͝ͅḯ̶̛͓̩͍͉̯͈̹̤̲̓́͌́̾͐̚͝a̷̧̢̡̢̢̝̯͔͇̩͚͖͇̫͇͍̝̳̪̫͚͉͆̃͑̓̿̏̌͋̈́́͊͊͐̈́̏̒̈́̑͒͒̔͛̿͌̂͜͜ and we are dreaming it all.
Although I don't think so, I point out that reality may be broader than we can comprehend. In fact, I believe it is completely different and too complex to understand this time. I conveyed part of the truth, but the rest will become clearer and more understandable only when you experience it yourself and begin to understand. Until then, my words and writings may seem empty, just interesting stories, or simply incomprehensible. It's okay, we move on.

Maybe some kind of corruption virus has trapped us, constantly breaking peace, causing conflicts, and constantly trying to corrupt everyone, provoke everyone, and we can't escape anymore. This virus may be invisible, but its impact is everywhere - in social relationships, politics, economics, and even personal lives. It causes disagreements, division, and distrust, making us doubt our identity and values.

This constant struggle with internal and external forces makes us question whether we truly control our lives or are just puppets in a bigger game. Is our consciousness just part of a larger collective consciousness that someone controls and manipulates? Is our goal to break free from this illusion and find the true reality, or simply to accept our current state where we are pulled by provocations and seek meaning within it?

I know only one thing: life is meaningful and worth living only if the path has a heart. In this way, it becomes interesting, meaningful, and lasting. It is important to maintain openness, curiosity, love for oneself and others, and a desire to explore despite all obstacles and challenges. Only then can we discover who we truly are and perhaps even escape this huge illusion in which we live.

Categorizing the dream world is just the beginning, but even these simple categories show how complex and profound the mysteries of dreams can be. When exploring this world, it is important to remember that each category is just a small step toward greater understanding and that the dream world is vast and complex beyond measure. Only by deeper exploration and understanding of these categories can we begin to reveal the true essence and significance of the dream world.

"Sandbox" Dreams: Generated Worlds and Reality Checks

"Sandbox" dreams are special because they seem to be generated here and now, in real time, like video game graphics. These dreams may have almost imperceptible gaps or imperfections that, while obvious to an experienced dreamer, may remain invisible to beginners. Recognizing and understanding these imperfections is a key step in learning to control dreams.

Reality Checks: The Key to Lucid Dreaming

The main tool that allows us to recognize whether we are dreaming is reality checks. These checks are essential and must be performed in real life, every day, without exceptions. It is a critical habit to develop, no matter how silly or funny it may seem to others.

Why Are Reality Checks Important?

  1. Habit Formation: By performing reality checks daily, we form a habit. This means that over time this action becomes automatic, like second nature. Our brains learn to perform this action unconsciously, like breathing or blinking.
  2. Awareness Development: Reality checks help develop awareness. They encourage us to pay attention to the environment, details, and perceive the differences between dreams and reality.
  3. Dream Control: When reality checks become a habit, we start performing them in dreams as well. This is a critical moment because recognizing in a dream that we are doing a reality check makes us realize we are dreaming. This allows us to control the dream and consciously explore the "sandbox" dream world.

Daily Practice: Every Action Counts

Reality checks may seem silly or pointless, but their importance is immeasurable. These can be simple actions such as:

  • Looking at your hands and asking yourself if they look normal.
  • Reading text and then looking again to see if the text has changed.
  • Checking if you can breathe with your nose pinched.

These actions, performed regularly, can become a habit that eventually manifests in dreams.

Life-Changing Experiences: Why Does It Work?

When reality checks become a daily habit, one day, in your dreams, you will perform these checks without conscious decision. When that happens, everything changes. You will realize you are dreaming and be able to start controlling your dreams. This is the moment when true "sandbox" dream exploration begins. You will be able to learn, explore, and experience worlds that once seemed unreachable.

Reality checks are the key to lucid dreaming and exploring the "sandbox" dream world. Although these actions may seem silly or funny, their importance is immeasurable. Daily practice and habit formation are the foundation that allows you to recognize dreams and start controlling them. Once you succeed, your perception of the dream world will change, and you will understand how deep and vast the dream experience can be.

Implementing Reality Checks

For these reality checks to be effective, it is necessary:

  • Consistency: Perform reality checks regularly throughout the day. The more often you do it, the more likely you are to do them in dreams.
  • Awareness: When performing reality checks, sincerely ask yourself about your reality. Don't just perform the actions – engage your mind and critically observe the environment.
  • Dream Journal: Keep a dream journal and write down your dreams immediately upon waking. This helps recognize frequent dream signs and patterns, making reality checks more accurate and effective.

By incorporating these reality checks into your daily life, you can significantly increase your chances of becoming lucid in dreams, unlocking the sandbox potential of dreams for exploration and self-discovery.

The Dream World: An Experience That Changes Lives

I remember when I was very young and all this seemed like an interesting experience that I had been exploring for some time. Having found ways to involve others in a world they knew nothing about, I wanted to share my knowledge. I worked as a deputy in a youth non-profit organization and told how and what happens in dreams, and how important it is to constantly look at your hands.

My stories usually pleased everyone, but that was it. However, one very good friend, who wasn't even interested in dreams, called one day after my lecture about hands. He called with excitement and a trembling voice. He was a businessman and said he was walking through a newly purchased plot of land with a forest. He briefly remembered me when he recalled my stories about the cabin in the forest where I dreamed of living alone and being busy with my work.

At that moment, he remembered what I said about hands and started thinking about them. And then, accidentally, he focused on his hands and looked at them carefully. And at that moment he understood. Later he said he ran through the fields, tried to climb a tree to see the horizon, because it was so real that he would never, ever have understood it. It was so real.

This experience showed him how important it is to constantly perform reality checks, even if it seems silly or pointless. This simple action – looking at your hands – can open doors to a completely new world and provide incredible experiences.

It is important to emphasize that sometimes, when a person thinks it's too difficult, they don't even start or make everything too complicated. However, such moments of accidental success are like a gift. To repeat such experiences, a lot of work is still needed.

Not everyone who sees a tree in the forest will think of Lina, who would remind them to check their hands to see if they are dreaming.

My friend's story is a great example of how exploring dreams can change life and provide invaluable insights and experiences.
