The concept of lucid dreaming is quite simple: it involves the movement of the human spirit, Per-Body. When the body falls asleep, the spirit remains awake. With unwavering intention, the spirit stays alert while the body relaxes and falls asleep. This is the essence of lucid dreaming. All other techniques are just means to facilitate this process, and there are many ways to achieve it. Let's review some of them.
Using the Third Eye Chakra
The third eye chakra, located in the forehead area, is responsible for consciousness and alertness. By focusing on this chakra, you can increase your ability to stay awake when your body falls asleep. One way is to meditate on the third eye chakra before sleep. Or you can place crystals, such as amethyst or clear quartz, on the third eye area. It is felt that these crystals stimulate the chakra, helping to keep the spirit awake when the body falls asleep.
Understanding Sleep Science
As discussed in sleep science, there is an important sleep stage called stage 2, when the body enters a paralysis state and begins to fall asleep. To achieve lucid dreaming, you must remain awake during this stage. This can be challenging, but by observing your body's sensations and staying conscious, you can do it. When your body falls asleep, you may feel new and unusual sensations – accept them as signs that you are approaching the lucid dreaming state.
Optimal Sleep Time for Consciousness
The first hours of sleep are dedicated to deep sleep, during which your body strongly recovers and renews. To increase the chances of lucid dreaming, you can use a method called "Wake Back to Bed" (WBTB). After a few hours of sleep, wake up rested and engage in quiet activity until you no longer feel sleepy. This waking period ensures that you will be fully awake and rested when you return to bed. When your body relaxes and falls asleep again, your awake mind will be ready for consciousness.
Trusting Your Guidance
It is important to remember that you should trust your guidance more than anything else. We only provide understanding and show the way, but the journey is yours. Take the first steps and trust your spirit to lead you.
True Reality and Dreams
When we talk about dreams, we use this word related to your current understanding of reality. However, reality is somewhat different. No words, texts, movies, or stories can show or explain what awaits you. There are many more worlds than just simple "dreams." There are gaps between many worlds that have no names. Some of them have questionable differences from what you think is true reality. We will provide you with all the tools, but the spirit or other beings will help you train and transition between realities.
How to Connect It All
- Set Your Intention: Before going to sleep, clearly express your intention to remain conscious when the body falls asleep. Repeat affirmations such as, "I will remain conscious when I fall asleep."
- Focus on the Third Eye: Use meditation or place crystals on your third eye chakra to stimulate alertness.
- Be Conscious During Falling Asleep: Pay attention to sensations as your body falls asleep. Recognize signs of paralysis and remain calm and focused.
- Use the "Wake Back to Bed" (WBTB) Method: Wake up after a few hours of sleep, stay awake until you no longer want to sleep at all, then return to bed with the intention to lucid dream.
Understand the essence of the method. You are fully rested and awake. You have strength and your body is rested. You can use this strength for your goals and intentions. When the body is exhausted, it is too busy recovering to do anything else.
Lucid dreaming is a valuable practice that requires dedication and proper conditions. Ensuring that your body is strong, healthy, uninterrupted, and free of stimulants lays the foundation for successful lucid dreaming. Remember, the more energetic and relaxed you are, the brighter and more controllable your dreams will be. With patience and practice, you can master the art of lucid dreaming and explore the endless possibilities of your dream world. Take the first steps and trust your spirit to lead you.
How Quickly Can Lucid Dreaming Be Achieved?
Many years ago, about 25, I began my journey into lucid dreaming consciously. At first, I thought that achieving consciousness required slow and deep relaxation. This belief lasted many years while I carefully practiced and refined my skills.
However, one specific event completely changed my perspective. At that time, I was experiencing great stress due to certain life events. Desperately seeking insights and answers that seemed impossible to find while awake, I decided to try to achieve a "lucid dream" despite my high stress and disappointment environment.
(To me, "lucid dreaming" is more than the meaning of these words. It is simply a term I use to direct others in a general direction, but the state I experience and the spaces I visit are much larger and more complex. When I talk about lucid dreams, I mean an indescribable state, places, and events that are almost impossible to explain, depict, or draw.)
I lay down in bed, still feeling the burden of stress and anger. To my surprise, which came later, I almost immediately entered a conscious state. Within minutes, I passed through the vibration stage and entered a lucid dream, finding myself exactly where I needed to be.
(From the current perspective, I see that with love and care I safely laid my body in bed and immediately traveled to where I needed to be.)
This experience taught me a valuable lesson: the initial stages of learning lucid dreaming can be slow, but once more experienced, the process can happen much faster than we imagine. The boundaries we think are possible can greatly expand with practice and openness to various methods.
Looking back, it becomes clear that although the beginning of the journey requires patience and relaxation, progress in lucid dreaming can open a world of possibilities far beyond our current understanding. This important moment happened many years ago, but its impact on my perspective on lucid dreaming remains deeply ingrained about possible possibilities we do not yet know that we do not know.
