"I've long been determined to follow my heart and often wonder how to become stronger when facing life's challenges. Just recently, I shared with a friend how hard it is for me to help several people at once. Three had already come, a few more wanted to come, but I simply couldn't accept a fourth. My friend's reaction pleasantly surprised me. He said:"
"Hey, you don't understand how unreal this is. Even if you helped one person per month – or even per year – it's still incredible. What you're doing is pure magic. Total cosmos. And here you are complaining that you can only help one person per day? Calm down!"
Such words helped me see a broader picture. Yet a new thought troubled me: if it is possible to help a person directly or remotely, could there be a chance to help several people at once? Is it possible for healing energy to cover several locations or even vast territories? To uplift entire regions from darkness so that people remember the voice of their heart instead of grasping harmful thoughts? If such mass healing is possible, how quickly would it work, how strong would it be? Would it ever be possible to envelop the whole world?
These questions fascinate me, but I also understand that a long road lies ahead. My time, resources, and strength are limited. Still, the hope to expand my help to others keeps burning inside me.
One evening's story: proof of possibilities
I recently visited a friend – a talented and very creative architect. We spent the day working on different projects in a shared space. I have the ability to clear the environment where I am, so thoughts become smoother and energy supportive. We were immersed in work when a friend from London came to visit my friend.
Soon I noticed she was accompanied by a certain heavy energy – like a depressive trail slowing down her actions. The longer she stayed, the more clearly I felt it. I felt a desire to help, so I freely asked if I could "check" her. My architect friend sincerely encouraged me:
"Yes, do it! It will be interesting. He does something, something happens, and you feel better in a way you never expected."
The guest from London agreed – in the worst case, if she felt nothing, we would still have a good time. My architect friend stayed with her urgent work, and the guest and I went to another room.
Session in another room
There I quickly "scanned" her to understand the main reasons for her poor well-being. After figuring out what was going on, I asked her to lie down on the bed so that nothing would disturb her. I just sat beside her without touching anything physically – I let my body become a kind of channel for her true essence.
As soon as she settled in, a special energy began to flow between us. Her higher consciousness merged with mine and, using my body, she essentially began to heal herself. Time seemed to stand still; I felt like I was underwater, where everything was clear and transparent. Although it seemed only a few minutes had passed, in reality almost two hours went by.
We both felt when it was time to end. Gradually, we returned to a conscious state. She needed a moment to realize what had happened and to absorb the new feeling within herself. I went back to the salon to see how the architect was doing.
After such experiences, I almost always forget exactly what happened. It's like waking up from a dream: one moment you feel like you know everything and will never forget, and just moments later everything slips from memory – as if nothing happened, only time has flown by. Unless there is some essential message I must pass on to her or understand myself.
Unexpected side effect
I was surprised by the architect's story about what happened to her. She stayed in another room working and was very focused on the project. But as soon as we started the session, she was suddenly flooded with a special feeling of calm, safety, and renewal. Although she had to finish her work urgently, her eyes began to close, and her eyelids became too heavy to keep open. Overcome by blissful comfort, she fell asleep right at her laptop and only woke up after we finished the session.
It was like an enlightenment – the healing energy affected not only my client but the entire environment, also influencing the architect in the adjacent room. This experience fueled my desire – if the healing field can reach others nearby, how far could it expand?
Vision of the future: a sacred space
After these events, I began imagining a future where I create an ideal work environment – a sacred place that remains energetically “clean” at all times. Now, when I enter a space, I try to cleanse it, but that requires extra attention and energy. What if I had a sanctuary where the energy was already pure and naturally suited for the people coming to cleanse themselves?
In such a place, I could spend weeks or even months, immersing myself in a meditative state and helping people, communities, or even entire regions from afar. Of course, real questions arise: how to survive, where to get resources, what distance and speed of impact to aim for?
Of course, such a vision can be truly beautiful, but trying to create it is just a waste of time. It is better to surrender to the healing power and, gathering all my strength, work where I am now.
However, this image is like a guiding star to me.
After all, healing is just the first stop on a long journey. I want to continue improving, deepening my understanding of energies, and learning new things. I hope to live long enough to fulfill at least part of my dreamed plans. If I could truly help the world before my time ends, that would be the first – yet immensely meaningful – victory.
A lesson reminding of possibilities
Every time I sincerely try to help someone, I realize the immense potential within us. Whether I help one person a day or a year, each encounter brings new knowledge about others and about myself. My friend's comforting words still echo in my mind: “Helping even one person is already a miracle.”
Still, the question spins in my mind: what if I could help two, three, or even thousands of people at once? Such thoughts inspire dreaming. For now, I remain focused on the daily step – improving my skills, listening to the lessons each moment offers, and following the voice of my heart. I don't know all the answers, but I feel guided.
If someday this leads to the possibility of enveloping an entire city, country, or even the whole world in healing light, I will be ready to at least try.
