Collection: Sixth Chakra: Ajna (Third Eye)

The sixth chakra, Ajna, often called the Third Eye, is located between the eyebrows, in the center of the forehead. It reflects intuition, imagination, deep insight, and perception that goes beyond ordinary thinking. The color associated with Ajna is usually indigo or dark blue. When this chakra is balanced, a person can more easily perceive inner impulses, dreams, and make decisions based on clear insight. However, an overly active Third Eye can distort the sense of reality, while a too weak one can lead to logical thinking without flexibility and a lack of creativity.

When Balanced

  • Clear insight: Easy understanding of what is really happening, even between the lines.
  • Developed intuition: A natural ability to sense the right direction.
  • Creative imagination: Rich dreams, the ability to see a broader perspective.
  • Conscious thinking: Clarity of thoughts, ability to solve complex situations.

When Too Strong

  • Unrealistic expectations: An overly idealized world, detached from facts.
  • Pseudo-spiritual ego: The illusion of being "above" others, overestimating one's insights.
  • Hallucinations or false visions: In extreme cases – distortion of reality perception.
  • Excessive fantasy world: Inability to act practically.

When Too Weak

  • Blocked intuition: Inability to trust one's sixth sense.
  • Overly rational approach: Everything measured only by logic, lack of creativity.
  • Lack of imagination: Difficulty generating new ideas, poor creative drive.
  • Inability to clearly see goals: Stuck in everyday life without a bigger vision.

How to Balance

Meditation, breathing practices, and conscious visualization can awaken the sensitivity of the Ajna chakra. Combining logic with trust in intuition allows for more comprehensive decisions. A calm environment can also help, such as a meditation room with dim light or scented candles.
