The path to yourself leads through a loving heart. Energetic resets, healing crystals, and lucid dreams

You were a physicist who switched from science to studying crystals and delving into human energetic restoration. Tell me how that happened? From the very first days, I found a passion for energy management. Later, in childhood, I also discovered lucid dreaming. Through dreams, I began to draw knowledge, understanding about the world, about people, energy. External things also mattered. I started studying, but when I learned how energy and vibrations work, I also understood how crystals work, which are a perfect vibrational frequency. They are the foundation of a conscious and strong life, so far I have not found anything that would so neatly and gently rebuild a person from external things. They are like a background melody that constantly rebuilds a person over time. For me personally, this is the only important external thing, everything else is inside. For me, they are friends, we are eternally young, like children, while their years are counted in tens, hundreds or thousands of millions of years. Throughout history, all the most powerful and wise people have worn them, from kings to priests. Then the whole picture came together. Even then, using crystals and the knowledge of lucid dreaming, I was able to enter much deeper worlds, pull in much more information than I had ever been able to before, and thus began to understand what needed to be done to help people. The final point was my trauma, because of which I could not even move and probably should not have survived, but walking between worlds that partially resembled a lucid dream gave me the knowledge and the rest of the necessary understanding, those few months spent in bed allowed me to calmly understand what really works, and what is true. Using this, I recovered in a very short time. Now I can say that what I learned can help restore (heal) any person, both with a mental disability and with accelerating the healing of a broken leg.

What do you think happened to you that doesn't happen to others that enabled you to reach these realizations? It can hardly be said that I learned it. I just reminded myself in various ways over the years how to do it. In my eyes, there is a human body and there is its pilot, or in other words, the spirit. The body itself can perform movements, function, look beautiful. Meanwhile, the pilot decides what the body does, where it goes, who it communicates with. I, as a body, was reminded that there is that pilot (spirit) behind it. I was also reminded that my spirit, I myself – am a healing spirit, just a reflection of it. A huge part of my spirit’s skills and tools are designed to restore, protect and strengthen people. It tried to show me how to heal and help as many people as possible. We are all different. The most important thing is that everyone can provoke or criticize, but let’s just try it and then we will see if it works or not.So far, there hasn't been a case where it hasn't been useful to someone. A person can just come to me and say: "Lina, look at me, maybe something can be done or restored." So far, I've noticed that everyone can be restored. Some even have their personalities change. Or if a person is in pain, the pain can be taken away. There's nothing to worry about, because the worst that can happen is that nothing will happen, and at most, their whole life will change for the better.

On your website, you share people's feedback and thoughts after their restoration. Their experiences are truly extraordinary, almost magical, but which restoration was the most memorable for you? Before I went public, I worked with several hundred people and tried various things. The most noticeable change after a reset is that his body recovers incredibly quickly. I'm not just talking about health, but also about remembering who he is and what he wants to do. One of the most striking resets was a girl who suffered from severe epileptic seizures. Neither medication nor therapy helped her. The situation only got worse for many years. After the reset, her personality returned to her body, and over time, there was a very noticeable improvement. All that is needed is more time, which unfortunately I don't always have.

You have repeated the word “remember” several times. What do we remember in the restoration, and why do we forget it? I don't want to separate these things, but I must emphasize that there are two things - the body and the person himself (the per-body or spirit). Often our body is controlled by the environment. It is told what to do, where to go. This way it forgets its dreams. It is thought that why pursue them if I can earn more as a driver. This way a person forgets itself, diseases, despair, depression and everything else appear. The worst thing is that if we live like this for a long time, we even forget that we were once ourselves. When the connection is restored, we begin to remember everything. It is impossible to convey this in words, because during the restoration a huge amount of information appears in one unit of time. A person sees all this in colors, in images, and in vision or feeling. He remembers what brought him joy. When a connection with himself appears, absolutely any need to please someone disappears. Then the soul itself, which knows the way and what needs to be done, begins to give information to the body. With this information, a person's life begins to change through his own hands.

If everyone could remember their true selves, what would happen then? Paradise on earth would emerge very quickly. If everyone returned to their place, were happy, forgot that time existed, and there would be no more aggression or desire for war. In reality, there is no good or bad. There are only assessments. If one is happy, another may be unhappy because of it, but if we restored that unhappy person, the desire for things and control would disappear from him. Another path would appear and he would no longer even want to fight or compete.

How is the restoration itself going? I, as a body, do not do much. My actions and movements mean nothing. The restoration is carried out by the one who stands behind my body. The real healer is my invisible being. It sees everything and knows exactly what needs to be done. Even if the person himself does not know what is wrong with him, even if I myself do not know what is wrong with him, when the restoration begins, I begin to understand everything. The soul of a person can no longer communicate directly with the body, so it uses me as an intermediary to help that person restore himself. When I restore the connection between his spirit and body, the person becomes an independent being again.

And what does all this look like in reality? The person comes in and I take a look at what they have and whether I can help them at all. Then I suggest they get comfortable (sit down or lie down) so that the discomfort doesn't interrupt everything. Then we both close our eyes and without any physical contact, without words or other actions, the magic happens.What each person experiences at that time is very different. One is guided by vision, another by dreams, and a third feels it through feelings. When he opens his eyes, he feels differently and thinks differently.

Since childhood, you have been curious, learning, and receptive to knowledge. Your IQ, according to official tests, is as high as 144. And this may have been influenced by both lucid dreaming and more than 20 years of active communication with crystals. Why did they occupy such an important place in your life that you even started writing a book about them? Because of IQ, I feel that the clearer, faster my thoughts and clearer and more accurate perception of the world become, the more useful I can be to people and those around me. Maybe I will be able to help in solving increasingly complex problems, uncover new perceptions and share with everyone or lift up as many people as possible. Even though I am learning all my life, every day, I feel that I still don't know so much, there is still so much to learn and understand. I simply can't stop learning. And about the foundation of my life and friends - Crystals, no crystal is from planet Earth. Just like no human is from Earth. Even the Earth itself is not from planet Earth. All of this was created and formed elsewhere, Planet Earth is a speck of dust among an incomprehensible multitude of other specks. We ourselves are the universe, and our bodies are formed from different stars. When a person has no basis in life, does not know what is true and what is not, he is easily manipulated by the system. A crystal is like an anchor for such a person, which constantly reminds him of the beauty of life, of the vast universe. If all the people around him are sad, the crystal is always just as charming. It not only spreads its invisible vibration, which our body feels, but also reminds us that there are always beautiful things in life, while restoring it in ways that a person can neither know nor understand.

How do you know which crystal you need? The human body itself does not know this, but the inner pilot knows what is needed. So, through intuition, through desire, or through the heart, it is indicated what is wanted.

When we find the one that attracts us, what do we do with it? Most often, a person himself begins to use crystals properly in an incomprehensible way. Some like to play with them, roll them between their fingers or put them under a pillow. Sooner or later, the crystal seems to "stick" to the hand, like a kitten. A person and a crystal communicate intuitively, through play, contact, and this is its most correct use, which gradually strengthens the person himself.

In addition to all of your activities, you also conduct lucid dreaming and sleep seminars. During your sleep seminars, you talk about how to solve sleep problems, but this time we're focusing on lucid dreaming. Why has it become an important part of your life? Through dreams I was led towards knowledge. In reality, we humans only know what other humans know and the only way to discover knowledge that does not exist among humans is through dreams. All the greatest knowledge that has changed the world has been brought from there. According to the eyes of physics, nothing can be physically destroyed. The spirit does not have a physical form, so it is possible that for 2 billion years it was interested, played and accumulated knowledge, say, about physics or bioengineering, and finally somehow got to planet earth. Then the body does not know and does not understand anything, and from the beginning it falls under the control of the environment, but that spirit has that knowledge. They are just locked behind a block of consciousness, thoughts and many other clever things, like labyrinths of thoughts about things that a person cannot control, but cannot help but think about, thus exhausting and wasting a person's life, and dreams are like small gates through which the spirit can transfer this knowledge to the physical world.

When we talk about lucid dreaming, we constantly emphasize that there is limitless improvement there, but is it possible to create something bad there? What I have learned over the years is that the entire universe is friendly and full of love. There is no such thing as harm. Of course, there are scary places, but everything is basically friendly. Fear is just the fear of the unknown and it only helps you understand whether you really want to continue learning. You can go another way, but if you are determined to learn, a much more interesting world opens up.

You keep using the expression "dreams showed." The question is, what is a dream? A very sweet question. How do we know that we are not dreaming now? When you are in a dream, you only know that you were dreaming when you wake up. When you study lucid dreams, the question arises as to which reality is real. What we call real reality differs from dream reality only in that if you put an object in the first, you will find it in the same place again when you wake up. When you become conscious, you are conscious between realities.

Is it difficult to learn lucid dreaming? During seminars I show places through which you can enter dreams. Not everyone needs to wander for decades like I did. It is very important to me that people learn this, because if I restored one person every day, I would only restore 30 people in a month. There are 8 billion of them in the world, so even if I worked day and night, I alone would not change anything, but if I showed you how to enter dreams, dreams can restore people without me. Through dreams is the greatest chance for the path to freedom.

Where to start learning it? If you want to learn through me, you need to show a desire. If people want, I will come there. And if we are talking about personal efforts, I would suggest starting to count your fingers every day. It seems strange, but it is very important. Just look at your palms, count your fingers. Make sure that there are as many as there should be. Then hide your hands and count them again. If a person does this every day for several months, his dreams will return to him. While in a dream, we do not know that we are in a dream, so the most important thing is to have a habit of looking at your hands. Maybe once a person will look at his hands in a dream. If this happens, he will immediately understand everything.

Finally, I want to ask, how do people find you? I love all people and I am where I am needed. My current life mission is restoration and if a person seeks me, we will find a way to meet. When I was on my deathbed, I saw images that I had not yet understood, I saw reality, I gained the remaining knowledge and realized that I must help others. I do not want financial challenges to deter people from a better life. The most important thing for me is human well-being.
